Today I want to share the new sketch challenge at The Scrapbook Store with you. Here is the gorgeous PageMaps sketch.
... and my take on it using the beautiful Marion Smith 'Garment District' collection. The photo is of my parents with me on my christening day. :)
A close up showing my flower cluster. All the flowers are from Manor House Creations, except for the 2 pink rose buds which are from my stash. I've also added a strip of calico to my layers down the left side.My chipboard title is from Scrap FX.
I love this lace from Green Tara. My background was created using a Prima mask and some texture paste. Once dried, I applied some chalk with my finger to make it stand out. I've also added some washi tape in various designs to my layout.
I hope you get a chance to play along. There's $40 store voucher up for grabs and it includes free shipping! The winner gets determined by random draw. All you have to do, is enter! You have until the end of January to get your entries in.
That's all for today! Thank you so much for visiting.
Until next time!
