Have you seen the great new Sketch Challenge at The Scrapbook Store? Nadia designs the most beautiful sketches and this one is no exception. Here is October's sketch.
Here is my example using the lovely Authentique 'Peaceful' collection. The pic is of my DD while horse riding during our holiday in 2011.A close up of the gorgeous Prima vine. I've added a few extra flowers to make it a bit fuller.
The paddock fence is from Dusty Attic. I've covered it in chocolate brown paint and just lightly touched it here and there with a bit of cream paint. The cute little birdie is from one of the patterned papers from this collection.
A close up of the title. I've run out of the letter 'e' so just cut around the 'shell' of one of the e's and used that instead. :)
I hope to see your take on this fabulous sketch in the Gallery soon. There's a $40 store voucher with free postage up for grabs and the winner gets determined by random draw, which means... anyone can win! BUT you've got be in it to win it! :)
In addition to the Sketch Challenge, there is also a fantastic competition that runs for the month of October at The Scrapbook Store. Here are the details which you can also find here.
