I honestly cannot believe it's October already! Where has the year gone? A new month means a new challenge at
Scrap The Girls. This month the challenge is to follow the following recipe: Use flowers, 2 different alphas, more than one photo and some staples. You can include any other products, but these 4 ingredients have to be clearly visible on your layout. Pretty easy hey?
Here is my example.
The photos are of DH's only sibling, his younger sister, when she was about one year old. I just love these cute pics of her and thought that the
Prima 'Tea-Thyme' collection would be perfect for it. The colours in this range is just so soft and pretty. Perfect for vintage or girly photos. The little
Prima resin bird bath and birdies are just too sweet. :)
All the flowers, leaves and
wooden buttons are from Prima too, with the exception of the mini pink Kaisercraft paper blooms. The pearl flourish is also from Kaisercraft too.
The wooden heart buttons are from Prima and there are my 2 staples just above the top one.
This layout just called out for a bit of lace and pearls. :)
