Do I have to?

Hi there all my bloggy friends. Woohoo, it's Friday! Just a tad happy about it being weekend. :)
Just want to share another layout I did with my DT kit this month. I've used the gorgeous 'Tinsel and Twig' range from The Girls Paperie but I deliberately did a non Christmas layout this time. The photos are of my DS during a recent photoshoot that my friend Kathy did for us. He did a lot of sighing and face pulling unaware that the camera was clicking away. Too funny! :)
All products used are available from Handmade by Suzanne.
A close up of my crocheted and felt-topped flower. (Couldn't resist putting at least one flower on my layout). :)
I've stitched my journalling strips onto the page and boy, did I have a lot of fun with that red paint! Must do that again soon...
That's all for now, but I'll be back with another layout and hopefully some cards soon. Hope you are having a fabulous weekend.
Take care.

Great layout Marelize. Love how you've stitched the journalling strips. I too can sympathise with the uncooperative teenager.

This is really stunning Marlieze, I love how you cropped the photos, and the painting is really awesome, and I had to have a laugh re: adding that little crocheted flower........a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do, sorry boys, and although I have not too much resistance with getting shots, I am guessing this will only last a short time, so making the most of it. Thank you again for the wonderful blog award. Love to you and your family. Melxx

Fab LO Marelize. Had to laugh at the expressions and title i've seen and heard them both all to often from my eldest son. Poor things having scrapping mothers, lol.

Fantastic LO Marelize... love the stitching and that red really makes the photos pop off the page!! Those pics made me laugh... I can totally relate to the face pulling and massive sighs when it comes to trying to get pics of my teens!! :)

Haha, I do love the candid photos :). Is that red paint? Wow, it's so smooth and neat - I thought it was red paper at first glance!
