It's been too long

... since my last blog post.  Life just seems to be getting in the way of my scrapping lately. Lol! I've been meaning to scrap for at least 10 days now, but there is always something else to do.
I do have one layout (that I finshed over a week ago) to share with you. This one is for the August 15th sketch at 'Stuck Sketches'. Here is the sketch:
And here is my take on it.  I've used the Websters 'Spring Market' range that I've had in my stash for a while.  The pics are of my DS and my friend's little girl.  He loves little kids and is really just a big kid himself. :)
A close up of the flower cluster. I cut the butterflies using the Cheery Lynn Designs 'buttefly' die.  The leaves were cut using the Cheery Lynn Designs 'Pair of Fern' dies
All the alpha stickers for the title is from the Websters 'Spring Market' collection.
Another close up.  Just look at the fun on that cute little face. :)
That's all for today.  I have a few things to do before the end of the month and will probably be back then to share.
In the meantime, you still have a few days to enter the August sketch challenge at 'The Scrapbook Store'.  You can read all the latest news here.
Thanks for visiting and have a lovely week.
Until next time.

That's how I was in July but finally caught up again this month. The scrappy fairy took hold and I was on fire. Although, in a bit of a lull again. Need a fresh batch of challenges.
Love your page. You have used the paper perfectly and the multi photos are great and the red butterflies are just the perfect final touch.

So beautiful Marelize. I find it so difficult to work with Websters and you nailed it. I adore the Cheery Lynn dies...(I think I may just "need" it)
